Hi, I'm Matthew Bairstow

Computer Science Student at Strathclyde University | Passionate About Digital Safety, Leadership & Community Service

About

I'm currently studying for a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science, with a strong interest in cybersecurity, digital systems, and problem-solving. Alongside my academic work, I volunteer as a Scout leader, an experience that has helped me develop leadership, communication, and teamwork skills in real-world settings.

Volunteering with Scouts has been a big part of my personal development. It's taught me to be adaptable, dependable, and community focused all of which I bring into my work and studies.

I'm passionate about using technology to make a positive impact and always looking to connect with others in the computing or voluntary sectors.
